Drafting and negotiating IT contracts– largely acting for suppliers of IT services including detailed analysis of legal risk, intellectual property rights and software licences, maintenance and support agreements, disaster recovery, data protection, indemnities and limits of liability, insurance, consultancy, and software development.

Advised perfume brand in dispute with supplier – settled at mediation.

Sport

Sport Resolutions – acted for various athletes facing disciplinary proceedings including a world champion wheelchair rugby league player whose case went before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).

Acting for professional skier in relation to sponsorship arrangements.
